Please Read Our Return Policy

 

We do offer refunds for damaged, lost items and for incorrect items sent.

 

Please note we do not offer any exchanges.  These include but are not limited to buyer’s remorse on opened or unopened merchandise.  We do not have any inventory on hand.  All items that are purchased are created specifically for each individual order. 

 

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. Please contact us support@heavenlydeposit.com

 

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.  Please contact us support@heavenlydeposit.com


We do not  accept any returned items unless specifically discussed and approved or requested by us in advance. 

Wrong Address - If you provide a address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us.  You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable)

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to us and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment (if and as applicable).  Failure to claim the shipment won’t be available for reshipping and will be donated to charity (without us issuing a refund to you).
